Shri V. Muraleedharan.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Senorita Issac, Trade Commissioner, Western-India region, LATIN AMERICAN CARIBBEAN TRADE COUNCIL and founder of Human Achievers Foundation recently marked her presence as well.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, Jacqueline Mukangira, Rwanda\u2019s High Commissioner to India, highlighted that the celebration of Rwanda\u2019s liberation marks the end of a poor and dictatorial regime. \u201cRwanda Liberation Day is observed because it marks the end of a period under a tyrannical government and the beginning of freedom from oppression. It represents the end of a dictatorship and the start of democracy,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>After the event, when Dr. Senorita Issac, Trade Commissioner, Western-India region, LATIN AMERICAN CARIBBEAN TRADE COUNCIL and founder of Human Achievers Foundation was asked about her viewpoint, she said we are happy to be a part of this celebration.
