This visually striking photobook is published by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.safaricrafters.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Safari Crafters<\/a>\u00a0in collaboration with the New Delhi-based publishing house,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/binder.co.in\/products\/ghosts-of-the-granite-hills-a-visual-journey-through-jawais-wildlife-ecosystem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Binder Photobooks<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The premise of Ghosts of the Granite Hills explores the complex, yet harmonious ecosystem shared by the region&#8217;s human inhabitants and its local wildlife. The book brings to light the daily realities and environmental challenges in and around Jawai, focusing on the unique intermingling of man and wildlife in the vicinity.<\/p>\n<p>Through its images, the book highlights a profound sense of shared belonging. It illustrates how leopards and other beings navigate ancient rock formations, with humans adjusting to cohabit peacefully despite the inherent challenges of such close proximity.<\/p>\n<p>This is Kairav\u2019s third photobook making rounds around the globe, following his previous works including \u201cRanthambore\u201d Edition I, and \u201c50 Iconic years of Ranthambore\u201d. The publishing of \u201cGhosts of the Granite Hills\u201d was a collaborative effort bringing together experts on photography, design, and storytelling.<\/p>\n<p>The book&#8217;s visual narrative relies primarily on photography, featuring works by:&nbsp;Kairav Engineer, Santosh Saligram, Gaurav Ramnarayanan, Yashwant Singh Ranawat, and Jashwant Singh Ranawat.<\/p>\n<p>The layout and concept for the book were jointly developed by&nbsp;Santosh Saligram&nbsp;and&nbsp;Shubhojit Chatterjee.
