Royal Hall, Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad at 4:00 PM.The initiative highlighted the important connection between kidney health, environmental sustainability, water conservation, and organ donation awareness.<\/p>\n

During the program, experts emphasized that dialysis remains a life-saving and essential treatment for thousands of patients with kidney failure. At the same time, they highlighted that for medically suitable patients, kidney transplantation can offer improved long-term quality of life while also helping reduce the environmental burden associated with repeated dialysis procedures.<\/p>\n

As part of the event, Chief Guest Shri C. R. Patil, Union Minister of Jal Shakti Govt. of India  and Guest of Honour Shri Dilip Deshmukh Founder,<\/strong> Angdaan Charitable Trust addressed the gathering and shared valuable insights on environmental conservation, public health responsibility, and community participation in sustainable healthcare initiatives.<\/p>\n

A major highlight of the event was the felicitation of dialysis warriors, kidney transplant recipients, and cadaver donor families in recognition of their courage, resilience, and life-saving contributions towards society.<\/p>\n

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Mayur Patil, Consultant Nephrologist, Marengo CIMS Hospital, Ahmedabad, said<\/strong>, \u201cDialysis is an essential and life-saving therapy for patients with chronic kidney failure.
