The programme brought together <strong>academicians, researchers, and quality assurance experts<\/strong> to explore emerging trends shaping the future of higher education.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hosted in <strong>hybrid mode<\/strong>, the FDP featured a <strong>distinguished panel of speakers<\/strong> from diverse academic institutions who shared their expertise on <strong>institutional quality, accreditation, innovation, leadership, and sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme covered a range of emerging and pertinent topics, including:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NAAC accreditation framework<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Institutional readiness<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Academic and administrative audits<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Artificial Intelligence &amp; Generative AI in higher education<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Curriculum innovation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Indian Knowledge Systems<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Leadership<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sessions helped meaningful discussions on fortifying <strong>quality culture within higher education institutions<\/strong> while also equipping faculty members with insights into changing <strong>academic practices, governance framework, and technology-enabled teaching<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By bringing together different perspectives from experienced academicians and quality experts, the programme enlightened participants with valuable opportunities to enhance their professional knowledge and contribute more effectively to <strong>institutional development<\/strong> and <strong>quality education<\/strong>. The recently concluded FDP builds upon <strong>SBS University\u2019s<\/strong> sustained efforts to promote continuous professional development among faculty members.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past years, the University has organised several specialised <strong>Faculty Development Programmes<\/strong> addressing emerging priorities across <strong>healthcare, research, and higher education<\/strong>.
