Bessemer Tech Catalyst will bring together engineers, founders, and portfolio companies to solve real-world AI challenges in Bengaluru on 5 September<\/em><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], August 14:<\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0Bessemer Venture Partners has announced\u00a0Bessemer Tech Catalyst<\/a>, <\/strong>an AI Hackathon designed to connect India\u2019s next generation of AI talent with category-defining startups in their portfolio.<\/p>\n

The event will take place in Bengaluru on September 5 and will feature real-world AI problem statements from four of Bessemer\u2019s portfolio companies. These include\u00a0Aivar<\/strong>\u00a0(agentic AI systems and conversational AI products for enterprises);\u00a0dCortex<\/strong>\u00a0(system of action for airlines);\u00a0MoveInSync<\/strong>\u00a0(workplace mobility platform used by large enterprises to manage employee transportation at scale); and\u00a0TBX (formerly TransBnk),<\/strong>\u00a0which is building financial infrastructure that enables businesses to embed banking services into their products).\u00a0Sarvam<\/strong>, the AI Partner for the event, will also host a special\u00a0AI Lightning Round<\/strong>\u00a0during the hackathon.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The event is being organised in partnership with\u00a0MetaMorph<\/strong>, which has worked closely with Bessemer Venture Partners to conceptualise and execute the first edition of Tech Catalyst.<\/p>\n

Participants will compete for a\u00a0\u20b97 lakh team prize pool<\/strong>\u00a0and four\u00a0Individual Spotlight Awards\u00a0<\/strong>worth\u00a0\u20b925,000 each<\/strong>, along with additional rewards and exclusive goodies from the portfolio partners.<\/p>\n

Registrations for Bessemer Tech Catalyst are open until\u00a0August 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM.<\/strong>\u00a0Interested participants can register through the official event website.<\/p>\n

The first edition is expected to bring together more than\u00a0300 engineers, developers and AI enthusiasts<\/strong>, creating opportunities for participants to solve real-world engineering challenges while engaging directly with founders, CTOs and engineering leaders from Bessemer\u2019s portfolio.<\/p>\n
